The
sales
and
purchase
contract
would
be
in
accordance
with
international
standards
and
procedures. The AluminumNow Oil Services Group is in the position to offer, AGO/Diesel, Gasoline/Petrol, Jet Fuel, Crude Oil and other oil products of Russian & Non-Russian origin including, but not limited to, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, and Nigeria. Delivery may be arranged FOB Houston or Rotterdam, CIF, TTO and TTT subject to sellers & buyers requirements Contracts may be secured by advance payments, funds in escrow, share of shipping costs, Bank Instruments for top 50 world banks with payments finalized by MT-103 so similar. Prices are negotiable by serious buyers who have provided they full details, company information, full requirements, method of delivery, full bank details plus POF from their bank in an LOI. Once an agreement has been reached the buyer will be requested to provide a ICPO. Procedures are provided by the seller and normally can not be changed however we feel it is important that both sides are comfortable and will be pleased to assist as required.
Please note: Non-direct buyers(shown as the
buyer) will be asked to provide BLC to cover Buyer’s expenses or Guarantee
payment in escrow to cover their direct payments to 1)Tank Farm & SGS ($300K
USD) subject to actual requirement, 2)CPA & SGS ($600K USD) subject to
actual requirement, However
the above does not apply to the agents who are authorized mandates for the
stated direct buyer. Commissions: In most cases seller's side is closed. Agents are asked to disclose their requirements to the AluminumNow Oil Services and also need to discussed their commission requirements with their buyer. It needs to be noted that sellers have to make direct costs in order to offer the product therefore they wish to be assured of the buyer's ability to pay.
